At Cavendish Staffing, we intend to reward our Nurses and Healthcare Professionals with the best possible rates of charge for the work they do for our agency.

 

Below is a table that provides a window of rates of charge that offer to our staff and at all times we will put forward our staff at the highest possible level of pay.

 

There may be different rates for specific clients and on individual occassions we will negotiate the charges to particular clients. It is your responsibility to ensure you know the pay rate when you accept a shift, but we will at all times confirm your rate of pay before placing you to work.

Rates of pay for staff with experience in other clinical areas including Locum Doctors, Health Visitors, Practice Nurses, Community experienced staff, District Nurses, Registered Nurses in Learning Disabilites, Plaster Technicians, Sterile Service Technicians, Prison Nurses and Occupational Health Nurses will be offered the highest possible rates of pay in line with the attractive figures listed above.

 

Individual rates of charge for On Call Work, Night sitting services and Homecare Services will be provided on a client by client basis.

 

Holiday Pay at 12.6% is accrued over time and avaialble upon request. This process will be explained at interview and by our finance department. We urge all staff to take their agency paid holiday entitlement in full.
